Description of PR
Summary:
The default behavior is changed for SONiC feature 'enable/disable VXLAN sport filtering' which lead to test failure.
Previously the filtering was by default enabled on DPU, now it's by default disabled.
The feature will not be backported to 202511, skip the test.
In master branch, we have the updated test to cover the feature:
PR: #22908
PR: #23207
