Renaming of vendor_id for Marvell Teralynx ASIC type.

What is the motivation for this PR?
For Marvell's Teralynx asic, the name is changed from innovium to marvell-teralynx (PR sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#19829)
This PR is to align the vendor_id accordingly.
QOS tests for marvell teralynx image fails in 202411 and later without this fix.
How did you do it?
Changed the 'vendor_id' from 'invm' to 'mrvl-teralynx'
How did you verify/test it?
Verify the vendor_id name in syncd docker image is correct.
With this change the syncd rpc docker would be named as 'docker-syncd-mrvl-teralynx-rpc'.
Verified by running the SONiC PTF QOS tests.

Applicable only for Marvell Teralynx ASIC.
