T0 reference topology fails to deploy due to eth0 interface missing on VM0100

Failure to deploy t0 reference topology due to failure to find eth0 interface on VM0100

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Reproduce by following the instructions from the web site

At the step where the T0 topology is deployed
./testbed-cli.sh -t vtestbed.csv -m veos_vtb add-topo vms-kvm-t0 password.txt

Have you tried deploy using cEOS? https://github.com/Azure/sonic-mgmt/blob/master/ansible/doc/README.testbed.VsSetup.md#ceos

BTW, if you use vEOS to deploy testbed, the virtual machines must be started firstly.

cd ansible
./testbed-cli.sh -t vtestbed.csv -m veos_vtb start-topo-vms vms-kvm-t0 password.txt -vv

I have not tried to deploy using cEOS.

I used this command to start the Arista VMs:
./testbed-cli.sh -m veos_vtb -n 4 start-vms server_1 password.txt

After that, I used this command to deploy the T0 topology:
./testbed-cli.sh -m veos_vtb -n 4 start-vms server_1 password.txt
