[Mellanox] Update existing patches and add new patches for 201911

1. Update existing patches:

• 0053-firmware-dmi-Add-access-to-the-SKU-ID-string-backpor.patch
  add one line which was missing during the rebase.

• 0063-platform-mellanox-mlxreg-io-Add-support-for-compl.patch
  Add support for more registers.

• 0067-mlxsw-core-thermal-Separate-temperature-trend-read-c.patch
  re-numbering it to 0068-mlxsw-core-thermal-Separate-temperature-trend-read-c.patch and update the patch(the previous patch was rebased due to not applied in the correct sequence, now we correct the sequence and just take the original patch)

2. Add new patches with new hw-mgmt V.7.0010.1000

• 0067-Add-support-for-new-transceivers-types-QSFP-DD-and-Q.patch
  to support QSFP-DD cable

• 0069-watchdog-mlx-wdt-support-new-watchdog-type-with-long.patch
  to support new type of watchdog
