Why I did it
Fix MMU settings for HW SKUs - Arista-7050CX3-32S-C32 & Arista-7050CX3-32S-D48C8
How I did it
Updated QoS related files under device/arista/x86_64-arista_7050cx3_32s directory for both HW SKUs.
How to verify it
Verified the settings using sonic-mgmt QoS test case under qos/test_qos_sai.py. Test case related changes will be pushed as part of separate PR.
