Modified DellEMC-Z9332f-M-O16C64 SKU as per new requirement change in portconfig.

Change port_config.ini file with new port map
How to verify it
Verified on Z9332 switch logs attached.
Which release branch to backport (provide reason below if selected)
2012 branch support Z9332.
