To add platform.json used for sonic-mgmt testing in DellEMC S6000, S6100 platforms.
- How I did it
Include platform.json in respective platform's device/ directory.
- How to verify it
Ran sonic-mgmt platform api test cases that require platform facts and verified that they pass.
