update multiDB changes in swsssdk, including:

Namespace support in SonicV2Connector (Fix build: Makefile #63)
[MultiDB] add sonic-db-cli PING all instances support (Fix dependencies in Dockerfiles #65)
Revert "Revert "read portchannel name from LAG_NAME_MAP_TABLE in COUNTERS_DB (Install supervisor into docker-syncd-*-rpc #51)" (Update Makefile to fix to swss package compilation #57)" (Add set rcv buffer for syncd rpc #64)

update snmpagent, including:

add mock tables for LAG_NAME_MAP_TABLE in COUNTERS_DB (Add cavm saiserver #114)
Parse quagga output without knowledge about hostname, so robust against hostname changes or mismatch (docker-base not squashed #124)
Fix quagga/FRR parser on IPv6 BGP sessions (bug fix: build docker orchagent brcm #122)
Fix index nodes in LLDP tables whose access right is not-accessible. (Add recipe for ptf docker #112)
Implement cbgpPeer2State in CiscoBgp4MIB (dpkg-query: error: failed to open package info file `/var/lib/dpkg/updates/0001' for reading: No such file or directory #119)

I did a test on updating the LAG changes in swsssdk and other commits on SNMP only. It also failed. I think the commits for snmp those are not updated submodule has issues. #4459
