update multiDB changes in sonic-swss-common, including:
The swss-common submodule needs to updated mentioned in this PR first and then we can go ahead and submit/update sairedis codes changes since sairedis needs the swss-common codes changes. Otherwise building multiDB modified sairedis codes will hit error.
