- Update arista drivers submodules for platforrm support
- Add all the platform plugins for this platform
- Add a new default Hwsku in 32x100G + 4x400G
- Broadcom configuration not provided as it doesn't pass config_checker
- Introduce new 7280CR3-32P4 - Improve to the led plugin for OSFP
