Thanks for making this a class. Please fix conflicts.
Also, please update ledd, psud and xcvrd in sonic-platform-daemons to use this new class. Once that change is merged, we can update the sonic-platform-daemons submodule in this PR so that once this PR is merged, nothing will break.
