By adding a new Yang model to cover the new CFG table 2. By adding FAST_LINKUP_ENABLE flag to sai.profile of the relevant SKUs #### How to verify it To verify Fast-linkup, related PRs from HLD are required, and vendor SAI should support this <!-- If PR needs to be backported, then the PR must be tested against the base branch and the earliest backport release branch and provide tested image version on these two branches.
