** marvell-prestera-SMDEP ignore symlink needed for changes for [mrvl-prestera] submodule build
** Move [mrvl-prestera] submodule's git-index to updated version having the
- BGP intDriver: Add timeout WA for lost IRQs
- amd64: ethDriver.c force DMA_BIT_MASK 32bits

Full PTF-tests on NOKIA boards
