files in device folder are generated at build time. please check the file directly to the folder.
currently approach only install the file at the run time.

platform_reboot - CPU reboot support for S6100/Z9100 switches
How I did it
Trigger reboot via /dev/port handle in CPU registers.
How to verify it
execute reboot command.
