Why I did it
This updates the kernel to 6.1.123, bringing in bug and CVE fixes. As part of this, the following submodules have been updated:
src/sonic-linux-kernel:
platform/broadcom/saibcm-modules-dnx:
This is tied to sonic-net/sonic-linux-kernel#460.

Loaded on a physical device with a Broadcom ASIC, verified that BGP sessions came up, and verified that same-image warm-reboot appeared to be fine.
