'-L' does what we need in this case

-H follow command-line symbolic links in SOURCE
...
-L, --dereference
always follow symbolic links in SOURCE

Some UT in this project failed because this change. #### How Has This Been Tested? Pass all UT and sonic-buildimage E2E test.
