Why I did it
This PR is to disable tunnel qos remap on KVM testbed. It's because we have no qos map defined for tunnel on KVM.

How I did it
Update minigraph parser to check the
platformname. Ifkvmis found, then tunnel qos remap is disabled.How to verify it
Verified on a KVM dualtor testbed.
