This PR is to backport PR #11056 and PR11045 into
202205branch.This PR is to enable
tunnel_qos_remaponT1andT0in DualToR deployment.On T1, we check the property
DownstreamRedundancyTypes. On T0, we check the propertyRedundancyType.tunnel_qos_remapis set toenabledifgeminiis inDownstreamRedundancyTypes(on T1) orRedundancyType(on T0).How I did it
The change is implemented in
minigraph.py.How to verify it
