@rck-innovium there is some issue with this submodule update.....i don't see the file changes..
There is another submodule update PR here, so do we need this PR?

Hi Prince,

Thanks for looking at this. I think the issue is because I had wrongly pointed to a sonic-swss commit id from sonic-swss master branch.
We first need the fix to be backported to sonic-swss 202111. I have updated the details here:
sonic-net/sonic-swss#2351 (comment)

Can you please help with the backporting.
