@vadymhlushko-mlnx could you please check if the PR description includes all changes between this update and the prev? looks like the list is very big and probably has more fixes/changes introduces which might be also the reason for the failures.

Unfortunately, this can't be committed yet, because this includes the kernel upgrade changes as well (#10634). That PR is blocked on another submodule update that needs to happen first.

I will close this PR for now, because it contains the changes from this PR #10634.
When the #10634 will be merged, I will introduce the new PR for the sflow
