Why I did it
SONiC platform API tests (platform_tests/api) rely on some additional details about DUT from platform.json file.
How I did it
Updated as9516_32d platform.json with missing information.
How to verify it
Run platform_tests/api TCs from sonic-mgmt.
Which release branch to backport (provide reason below if selected)
