Fix external database links in inventory.breedbase.org

Link does not navigate to correct page. If you copy just the web address from what is on the page it works, so link is broken. The following page should navigate to https://npgsweb.ars-grin.gov/gringlobal/accessiondetail?id=1801121

The problem was that the accession field in the dbxref table also contained the URL, which is taken from the db table to construct the link and therefore combining them resulted in illegal URLs. The URL part of the accession was removed with the following SQL query:

There is a slight problem now in that it does not display the URL, but just the word 'url' instead. This should be fixed in the code.
