update runtime plugin upon 3.2.0 and above #496
Description
Starting with the 3.1.x release, we have provided support for the ark runtime plugin and it has been running for a while. Since version 3.2.0, due to the very large adjustments in the engineering structure of SOFABoot, including the organization of the project, the package structure, etc., the runtime-sofa-boot-plugin will have some exceptions in some cases.
After enough testing, we have re-exported the runtime-sofa-boot-plugin to meet the requirements of the 3.2.x series.
