Unable to grant permissions when using Codex

I'm not sure if it's a problem with my computer, but when I use Happy Coder, whenever Codex is used and asks me to grant permission, it freezes no matter whether I choose "yes" or "yes and don't ask me again", and my phone stays stuck waiting for authorization
