fix(skills): show scanned roots when no skills are found

Summary

• show the scanned skill roots when picoclaw skills list finds nothing
• point users to the exact workspace skills path to install local skills
• document the Docker Compose host path for custom skills in the README and compose file

Testing

• go test ./cmd/picoclaw/internal/skills
