Surge errors when run in Docker

Your docs say you need to deploy to Surge.sh using Node. I don't ever install any packages directly on my computer for security's sake, and I don't recommend you advise people to do that in your docs.

So I ran your package in Docker so it has proper security, but it fails. Why please? The container has access to the Internet, so that can't be the address failure.
