With a quill text widget on the page, after a hot-reload or hot-restart, cursor keys no longer work.

FYI - this issue is posted in case anyone else is using the dev_grid widget.

If you use the dev grid widget on your page, then after hot-reload the cursor keys do still function, but are intercepted by the DevGrid widget and your quill widget(s) don't see them any more.

Fix. Don't use DevGrid.
