Closes ERROR [server 8/12] RUN poetry install --no-root / docker compose build / ubuntu 22 #1372
Closes Problem with installing with docker on macos #1368
Closes Docker build failing - #1289
Tests added and passed if fixing a bug or adding a new feature.
All code checks passed.
