XDM1041 is basically the same as XDM2041, although it doesn't support resistance/four_wire. This commit make a distinct struct for XDM1041 instead using the same one for XDM1041 and XDM2041
All methods are implemented: get, set and list. Human-readable names, the same as displayed on the screen, are used. Tested with sigrok-cli and smuview
It's displays period in seconds instead of frequency in Hz
OWON XDM1241 is basically XDM1041, but with a lithium battery pack and USB power input instead of AC mains PSU. It uses the same PCB and, probably, the same fw, but returns different model string.

This pull request extends support for the OWON XDM series digital multimeters (DMMs) by adding range management capabilities, improved mode support, and support for the new XDM1241 model.
Range management is fully implemented: both reading and writing ranges are supported, as well as listing available ranges.
Minor changes include the removal of the unsupported four-wire resistance mode for the XDM1000 series, the addition of a period measurement mode, and support for the XDM1241 model, which is essentially the same as the XDM1041.
Tested extensively on the XDM1041 using sigrok-cli and SmuView.
