MacOS desktop client translations missing #7721

Using a supported version?
- I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
- I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.
Overall summary
Using Signal 7.89.0 on MacOS 15.7.1, some menus aren't translated. I don't know whether it's a missing transalation issue or a bug. Menus affected are "Edit" and "Window".
(my OS is in French).
One side effect is that custom keyboard shortcuts that use the menu names don't work in Signal, for instance "Emoji & Symbols" in the Edit menu isn't translated and therefore my usual shortcut for it doesn't work.
Steps to reproduce
- Open Signal
- Click on Edit (Édition in French)
- See missing translations.
Expected result
Menu items should all be translated.
Actual result
They are not translated and still in English.
