#8 is still on its way.

previous fix seems fake, but somehow works due to precision of shader floats on apple product being different?

this one fixes the calculation for the center of the dots. index(idx) of area and other part seems still problematic, visible when configured to draw >100k dots.

This is amazing though and I can’t reproduce it on my Mac (which is locked to highp).

it makes no difference on my machine either when i specify mediump/lowp. just our highp are also different.
