Code Review

This pull request removes redundant arguments (io_backend and page_size) from several function calls in memory_pool.py. To complete the refactoring, the io_backend parameter should also be removed from the function signatures of load_from_host_per_layer and backup_to_host_all_layer in the KVCache abstract base class and all inheriting classes.

The interface change has already been proposed in this PR and pending main branch to update sgl-kernel, sorry for the confusion.
