Implements a referral deeplink flow that stores the referrer, confirms user intent, enforces verification/disclosure prerequisites, and registers referral points via a new backend API.

• Referral Flow
  • Deep Link Handling (app/src/utils/deeplinks.ts): Parse referrer, store in useUserStore, and route to Home for in-app handling (replaces direct navigation to gratification).
  • Home Screen (app/src/screens/home/HomeScreen.tsx):
    • Adds referral confirmation modal and local isReferralConfirmed state; clears referrer on dismiss.
    • Extends onEarnPointsPress(skipReferralFlow) to gate on identity document and points disclosure; when confirmed, calls registerReferralPoints and navigates to Gratification with POINT_VALUES.referee.
    • Handles referral errors with retry modal; clears referrer on success.
    • Updates "Earn points" button to call onEarnPointsPress(true).
• State Management (app/src/stores/userStore.ts): Adds deepLinkReferrer with setters/clearer.
• Points Utils (app/src/utils/points.ts): Replaces refer points with referrer/referee values and adds registerReferralPoints API helper.

Bug: Hex Address Validation Fails Ethereum Length Check

The referrer validation pattern /^0x[a-fA-F0-9]+$/ allows any hex string after "0x" without enforcing length constraints. Ethereum addresses must be exactly 42 characters (0x + 40 hex chars). This permits invalid addresses like "0x1" or "0xabc" to pass validation, which will later fail when calling the referral API. The pattern should be /^0x[a-fA-F0-9]{40}$/ to ensure valid Ethereum addresses.
