Keeping track of changes in courses

Indicating when there is a change made to a course by the Registrar. (e.g: Class times or instructors are changed, or a new precept opened.) This could be a useful function for courses favorited by a user.

I think that this feature sounds like a lot of work for a relatively small benefit. I don't think we should implement it, but I'm willing to be convinced otherwise if there is some compelling benefit?
