Feature request: Add a11y keyboard support for hue and saturation components

Hello,
I would like to ask if it were possible to add keyboard support for hue and saturation components.
I've prepared a PR https://github.com/scttcper/ngx-color/pull/385 with really simple keyboard support, which can be expanded if deemed insufficient.
