Use builds v2 endpoints

Description

Builds v1 api is going to be deprecated and removed soon. With this PR v1 api will not be used anymore in favour of v2.

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Refactoring (change which improves current code base; please describe the change)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)

Hey @krzysieksulejczak, thank you! Can you please create this PR on this branch https://github.com/saucelabs/saucerest-java/tree/1.1.0_dev? I implemented some changes for the next release and want to avoid merge conflicts in the future.
