Mapping of Tcommaaccent incorrect?

This glyph may be be mismapped:

The glyph named Tcommaaccent is mapped to U+021A.
But its name indicates it should be mapped to U+0162.
The glyph named tcommaaccent is mapped to U+021B.
But its name indicates it should be mapped to U+0163.

You're right — the current Tcommaaccent (U+021A) and tcommaaccent (U+021B) designs could be misleading.
I'll revise them to better reflect the proper comma-below design, and make sure they’re clearly distinct from Tcedilla (U+0162).
