sap_*_preconfigure: wrong debug messages when displaying SAP note numbers for RHEL 9 and RHEL 10

The debug messages of the tasks ending with - Display SAP note number XXX and its version need to mention the correct RHEL version (= the one which the SAP note refers to). The underlying code of course is already reflecting the SAP notes. This issue is just about an incorrect output of the debug messages.
