Description
I wrote a new watermarking script that does not have any Java dependencies and is simpler to run. It also
- Puts the page number lower on the page, which I think looks nicer
- Puts the first-page watermark above it
I wonder if you want to update aclpub2 to use this?
(Ideally we'd turn aclpub2 into a Python package so we could share code via library calls but that's a bigger project)
