Environment setup is really tricky — any working training setup or pretrained weights available?

Hey everyone 👋

I’ve been trying to set up the training environment for this project, but it’s been pretty tough — there are a lot of dependency conflicts and the setup instructions are quite limited.

Has anyone here managed to get the full training pipeline running successfully?
If so, could you please share your environment details or any pretrained weights? That would save a lot of time for others trying to reproduce the results 🙏

Could you explain to me what you have tried as I have provided the dockerfile for the extact environment used, which shouldn't give you any dependency conflicts.
