How to easily apply a saved layout?

Is there a hotkey or something? I would have expected all the layouts located in a menu called layouts, when you could select them and then they would apply.

You can record a keyboard shortcut here:

You can also add them to the menu bar menu, which can be triggered like a context menu, configured in the Menu & Icon tab.

I am not interested in a hotkey, as I have 3-4 different layouts depending on workplaces.
But adding them to the menu bar sounds like an option. How do I do that?

In the Menu & Icon tab, scroll down to the bottom of the table on the right and check the box for App Layouts:
