fix(playwright): Add webkit browser for plarwright testing and update CI pipeline to install it

Description
Currently, we only have playwright tests running on Chromium, and Firefox browser only. We should also add a Webkit browser to run tests on IOS.
Update CI Workflow for webkit support also.
