Link text for PR 92066 includes backslashes before square brackets

The title of rust-lang/rust#92066 is "Support [x; n] expressions in concat_bytes!" but issue 424 shows it with backslashes before the square brackets (i.e., "support \[x; n\] expressions in concat_bytes!").
