Update openssl-sys to v0.9.52 to add support for libressl 2.9.X and 3.0.X

The current release of rust only supports libressl < 2.9.0 and a trivial patch is required to support newer versions. I can confirm that rust works fine on all versions of libressl > 2.9.0.
