This creates a patch release from
0.4.11with an additionalkv_unstable_stdfeature. I'm going to PR repositories that are currently depending onkv_unstableandstdand this patch release will minimize any disruption caused by the change in features in the meantime.What's currently
0.4.13will now become0.4.14.
