Nice one! I guess it would make sense to group the IaC changes together? We could also mention the move to new bors, and having parallel benchmarking enabled in production.

From the homu -> bors recap it looks like the migration is done but it's still in progress. But if you think we can finish the migration in the next days I'm ok 👍
