I'm happy to bump you up but I kinda want to see whether you can do anything with this level ... Github put their top permissions obfuscator on this one, and says it is "recommended for people who need to manage PRs without write access".

For rust-bitcoin (and rust-secp256k1) I do. And I don't on rust-bech32.

I wasn't planning on doing anything much in miniscript right now so I'm not going to really stress test the perms any more than that. I follow miniscript repo but I usually don't click the notifications unless the heading is interesting to me.
