Replace all OS specific paths with an OS and Sublime Text 2 and 3 standard way of finding the correct Packages folder for manual install.
Replace *nix / OSX non-standard Puppet install steps with a link to standard Puppet installation guide at PuppetLabs, which works with all Operating Systems (OSX, *nix, Windows).
- Include link to Git repository - Specify indent must use spaces only - Clarify how pull requests should be made on Github
