This PR aims to fix the broken docker build workflow. It is written in #13 (comment).
I have just imported oVirt/ovirt-engine-sdk-ruby#14 (comment) with replacing
incompatible-function-pointer-typestoincompatible-pointer-typesfor this container image.rubygems.org-db-backups/Dockerfile

Replacing to debian base image will require replacing apk with apt.
