Now that we're on `railties` > 6 (https://github.com/ruby-grape/grape-swagger-rails/pull/107), the dummy app should be updated to a Rails 6+ style. - Update the dummy app, leaving Swagger alone for now, to use a Rails 6+ dummy app. - Ensure tests pass with all Rails versions
